Magic Millions Preparation
What a great time we had in July!
Competitions saw Cruze wining second in both Young Rider Classes at The Sydney Show Jumping Winter Classic. We also jumped our youngsters who are really starting to look good.
We have been training hard, including a NSWIS Clinic with Rod Brown. Once again, we gained so much from the clinic taking Cruze, Sue and Lucy.
We are also very busy preparing for The Magic Millions Sporthorse Sale where we have three horses featured, two in the Performance Section and Twins Calvin in the Young Horse Section. He is growing in to avery handsome horse and is showing a lot of scope over a free jump. He will be an excellent purchase for anyone looking for a well handled, broken in, young horse to go on on with for eventing or showjumping.
We would also like to congratulate Sophie Miller on her purchase of Twins Eliza Jane. Jane will be a great horse for Sophie and we wish her the very best of luck when she brings her out to competition. We would like to thank Vicki for all the help she gave us with Jane and we know that Sophie will benefit greatly.
We are just back from Toowoomba where we jumped lots of good double clear rounds and saw Danni ending in the placings each day on Cruze and Sue. Sue jumped great in The World Cup, but a fence down at the second last put her out of contention. Danni is very pleased with how well Sue is jumping at the moment as is looking forward to the upcoming World Cup season on her. Cruze jumped a faultless double clear in the Young Rider Selection series to put Danni in second place overall.
We are off to The Magic Millions next week and Caboolture World Cup.....Until next month..
